Purchase Terms and Conditions

On receipt of order, a Pace Technologies customer service representative we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding special delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock and Special Order items will ship once the item is back in stock. A customer service representative will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

Shipping Policy

Pace Technologies offers three shipping options.

Turnaround

All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Shipping of special order items will be confirmed after receipt of your order.

Back Orders

If any of your items are out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm if you would prefer your order split-shipped or held till all items can be shipped together.

Methods of Payment/Prices

It's easy to make a purchase at our web store. For your convenience, we accept the VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. However we only accept cards that have been issued in Canada or the United States. In addition to paying by credit card you have the option of selecting to enter a Purchase Order number. When using the Purchase Order option we will verify that your company has an account with Pace Technologies Inc. If you would rather not use your credit card online, you can have your order processed by calling a customer service representative at 1-877-HI-VOLTS (44-86587). Please note that all our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars.

Taxes on Products

All stated prices are taxes extra, the GST and PST apply to purchases made by companies registered in British Columbia. All companies other Canadian provinces must pay the GST.

Duties

International customers from outside of Canada will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. If you refuse the items at time of delivery you will still be charged for the shipping and the return charges. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any duty and taxes that may be added.

Unclaimed Packages

All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the shipping company are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. If any shipping costs were paid by the client, those costs will be deducted from any additional charges. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us.

Returning Products Purchased Online

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product to our Edmonton warehouse. For your convenience, we also accept returns by mail. Please contact our customer service representative at 1-877-HI-VOLTS (44-86587) to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip. On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

Restocking Fee

Stock order items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Special order items are not returnable. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
